Question Is Diving safe?
Answer

Absolutely! Although Diving has been categorized under high-risk sports, it boast a much better safety records when compared to other high-risk sports, even better than some competitive sports!


Question What is the pre-requisite I must have before I can take the course?
Answer

Pre-requisite for a basic diving education is able to swim 200m, and float for 10 minutes


Question What if I can't swim? Can I still take up diving?
Answer

As diving is a sport where you require basic swimming skills, you must be able to swim prior to taking. This is to ensure that you are comfortable underwater, as well as for safety purpose.

In the event where you cannot swim, we have a tailored made swimming program of 8 lesson conducted by our SSC Certified Swimming Instructor.

For just $15/= per lessons, you will be able to learn the fundamentals of swimming and have a chance to explore the underwater world once you are ready!

Question What Certifications are offered?
Answer

All diving courses will be conducted by PADI instructors and all students will receive PADI certifications that are recognised worldwide.


Question How long is the course?
Answer

Our entry-level course requires you to attend a 5 modules of lectures, 5 modules of Confined Water Sessions and 4 Open Water Dives. The Course can be run from as short as 4 intensive days to as long as a 3 month course for the busy individuals.


Question How often do you conduct PADI Open Water Diver Course?
Answer

We run courses on a weekly basis with a minimum of 2 persons.


Question What do I get after completing the course?
Answer

You will be given a PADI certification card that allows you to dive anywhere in the world.


Question What is the age limit?
Answer

Ten is the minimum age with parental consent. Our oldest diver so far is 53 years old.


Question Do I need to undergo a medical checkup?
Answer

Medical check up is not mandatory. During registration, you will be given a list of medical questions concerning your health. Should the questions raise any doubts about your health, it is then recommended that you seek a physician's advise prior to any diving activities.


Question Do I have to buy my own equipment?
Answer

It is highly recommended that you own your own equipment for better fittings and comfort. However, our facility do provide free rental services for PADI Open Water Diver Course Students.

For those who are keen to purchase their own equipment, we also have an equipment retail arm.

Question When do I have to pay?
Answer

All fees must be paid on the first day of lesson accompanied by 2 passport sized coloured photographs of yourself.
