With over prure valve at top to rapidly remove air when needed and einate accidental over-inflation during ascent from expansion. With loop handle at top, with stainl steel D-ring and lifting strap at bottom for slate attachment. Special design means more air at top to keep the lift bag stable in the water, great equipment accories for every open ocean diver, scuab diving, snorkeling.
