A desiccant is a hygroscopic substance that induces a state of dryness (desiccation) in its vicinity. Commonly encountered pre-packaged desiccants are solids that absorb water. Because of their common use in preservation, desiccant are chemically stable or chemically inert.

The most common desiccant is silica, an otherwise inert, nontoxic, water-insoluble white solid. Tens of thousands of tons are produced annually for this purpose.

You can also self collect at 1 Lor 2 Toa Payoh, #07-00, Singapore 319637 from Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm. Please produce the invoice number or mobile phone number for verification purposes. Do let us know at least 2 working days before coming down.

Should you encounter an issue after the 7 days and repair is required, it gets a little more complicated since the source of most of our products are from Hong Kong. Warranty and repair considerations aside, freight charges will be additional as we do not layer these incidental costs into our product pricing (to keep them as competitively priced as possible for your benefit).
